Make Log Furniture with a Chainsaw
If you want to learn how-to make log furniture with a chainsaw one of the first tools you will need is a chainsaw. You don’t have to spend a bunch of money when you’re just getting started. Then just bolt on one of the welded steel frames and you’re rocking!
WARNING! Chainsaw and log work is addicting. Once you get to spend a few hours alone carving you will find a rhythm and an unbridled need for more.

- There is no wrong or right way how-to carve log furniture with a chainsaw. Until someone gets hurt! (then it is wrong…and at that point you are certain to question the validity of this statement.)

- Where all the appropriate PPE.

- Never operate your chainsaw one handed. Always get a good grip with both hands!
- Maintain a solid stance with knees slightly bent, feet firmly planted.
