The quickest and easiest way I know to bring the outdoors in is chainsaw styled rustic home decor. It’s simple, just find an old log, grab your chainsaw, a few choice tools and get to work. Before you know it you’ll have all sorts of new ideas and ways to make more. It’s just as easy as that!

When I started making “chainsaw furniture”, I was salvaging logs from local wildfires. First, it was the Hayman Fire, way back in 2002. Then, in 2012 it was the Waldo Canyon Fire. And again, in 2013 the Black Forest Fire, back to back, in just one year we had over 20,000 acres of burnt timber literally at our doorstep…You can make just about anything from “Wildfire Wood”.
