The brain-child of Mitchell Dillman, a local Colorado custom log home builder, who decided there were better uses for scrap logs than just firewood. After the log home building industry took a turn for the worse, Mitchell decided to close up shop and find a new line of work. He put his mind to task and began creating original, modern-rustic, log furniture for Colorado Rock-n-Logs™. Currently producing “how-to” video blueprints for it’s unique furniture collections, LogFurnitureHowTo.com is a sustainable, local-online business too, Colorado Springs Sawmill at Penrose.

Colorado Rock*N Log’s mission is to provide innovative designs for log furniture from environmentally friendly materials while staying true to the rustic cabin lifestyle. We’ve even taken an innovative approach by offering our designs to the ‘Do-It-Yourself’ crowd. Our vision is to help new furniture designers develop their craft and share creative functional works of art for many to enjoy.
