Colorado Rock-n-Logs, Inc. (“CRL”) will be revealing it’s ‘Cabin Collection‘ this Saturday, September 10, 2011, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the 4th Annual Beetlefest located in the historic Frisco, Colorado. This all day Main Street festival has something for everyone from wood carving, to bug eating and all buy Breast Sculptor online points in between. The event is open to the public and is designed to bring education and awareness regarding the devastation caused by the mountain pine beetle.
Colorado’s own creator of original, modern-rustic, log furniture, with a strong focus in sustainable business practices, operates from a home based workshop in the heart of historic Old Colorado City located on the west side of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mitchell Dillman, the founder and creative energy behind CRL, is proud to be “one of a select few” artisans currently producing DIY kits and “how-to” video blueprints for custom log furniture.
The ‘Cabin Collection’ is a modern take on classic log cabin furniture. These indoor/outdoor home furnishings are designed for comfort and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. We found that folks typically smile from ear to ear once they’ve experienced the comfort contoured logs. This handsome ‘log on steel’ furniture is built strong, sturdy and made to last. Like all CRL furniture, the Cabin Collection is made for the rustic-minded lifestyle. Featuring re-purposed logs from southern Colorado burn scars and Colorado Beetle Kill Pine to bring a unique quality to each piece of furniture. The durable Cabin Collection will last for years outside and once you have experienced the comfort for yourself, you might want to furnish the inside too.
So if you’d like to have some fun this weekend, come on down to Beetlefest and say hi to Mitchell, check out the ‘Cabin Collection’ and see what other innovative artists are doing with Beetle Kill Pine.
